<h3><strong>The Rooftop Terrace:</strong></h3>
can accommodate up to 170 guests for cocktail reception or 60 guests  for a  sit-down dinner. The terrace is tented for those rainy Miami  nights.
<h3><strong>The Rooftop Pool:</strong></h3>
is perfect for a cocktail reception up to 75 people. Guests will sip mojitos as the South Beach skyline lights up around them.
<h3><strong>The Main Dining Room &amp; </strong> <strong>Lounge</strong></h3>
can also be offered for private dining. The main room can seat up to 80 guests. The lounge can accommodate up to 40 guests.
<h3><strong>Bar Packages:</strong></h3>
Ola’s  Open Bar Packages may be customized to fit your needs, from an   extensive Open Premium Bar to a more simplified  Sangria Bar.
<h3><strong>Mojito Cocktail Reception:</strong></h3>
Your  guests will be greeted by our staff with Butler Passed Classic  and  Flavored Mojitos. Guests can select from the Classic Cocktail,  Green Tea  Mojitos or Refreshing Fresh Fruit Mojitos.

<strong>Enjoy a fun filled afternoon or evening of Latin BBQ and mojitos.  Your group will be greeted with a refreshing mojito upon arrival.  Executive Chef Horacio Rivedero will guide students through the traditional ingredients of a Latin BBQ.  Guests will learn the proper way to prepare various sauces, vegetables and cuts of meat.   Each guest will be provided with recipe cards that will allow them to re-create the dishes they have learned. </strong>

<strong>At the conclusion of the BBQ, our bar staff will then begin the mojito making class.  Each student will learn the history of the mojito, the secrets to making a great mojito at home, and tips on how to create their own special mojito with more exotic fruits and liquors.  The mojito bar will remain open during the class.</strong>
