Ceviche and Mojito Making 101

Enjoy a fun filled afternoon of ceviche and cocktails. Your group will be greeted with a refreshing mojito upon arrival. Executive Chef Jose Luis Flores will guide students through the traditional techniques of ceviche making. Guests will learn the proper way to cut and marinate the fresh fish. They will also learn the secrets of the outrageous and creative flavors of OLA’s ceviches

Just as the last sip of the cocktail is taken, Chef Flores will teach you how to muddle up your own mojito. [Read/Print Details]

Ole’ at Ola: Sangria & Paella Making Class

In Spain the tradition of authentic Paella making is passed on from generation to generation. Ola’s Chef Jose Luis Flores will teach students the classic techniques with a special Miami flair

As guests enter they will be greeted with Red and White Sangria. Chef Jose will guide students through a step by step preparation of Spanish Paella, using a special paella pan and all traditional ingredients. Chef will then show students how to put a creative Nuevo Latino twist, adding unique flavors and spices.

After all Paella is made and sampled by the students, Ola’s bar team will teach our guests how to make both red and white Sangria, using fresh local and tropical produce. [Read/Print Details]
