Ceviche and Mojitos Making 101….Ola’s Famous Teambuilding and Group Activity Enjoy a fun filled afternoon or evening of ceviche and cocktails.  Your group will be greeted with a refreshing mojito upon arrival.  Executive Horacio Rivadero will guide students through the traditional techniques of ceviche making.  Guests will learn the proper way to cut and marinate the fresh fish.  They will also learn the secrets of the outrageous and creative flavors of OLA’s ceviches.   Each guest will be provided with ceviche recipe cards that will allow them to re-create the ceviches they learned. At the conclusion of the ceviche making, our bar staff will then begin the mojito making class.  Each student will learn the history of the mojito, the secrets to making a great mojito at home, and tips on how to create their own special mojito with more exotic fruits and liquors.  The mojito bar will remain open during the class. Also available after the class (daytime or evening)
